Managing Challenging behaviours:  

Behaviours are learned and they happen for a reason. There is a high connection between a limited communication and a high increase of behaviours that challenge. At Happy Sprouts will assess exactly why the person is engaging in a behaviour that challenge. Once we can identify the reason behind the behaviour, we can teach more positive approaches for the learner to get their needs met. We will be by your side every step of the way, and support you by training, supervising and modelling all the procedures in order for our learner to achieve their best potential.
